Having a bit of trouble understanding the construction of the hedgehog's furry back. When I am doing the short row sections, am I working only one side of the back and then have to seam it together when done? Or is the first section worked on one side, then the 2nd short row section on the other? Then the third short row section decreases.

Am I right?
